30 ml glass bottle of iron gall ink. This ink is acid and non waterproof.
Obtained from oak galls and produced in small quantity according to ancient recipes. Initially grey, it progressively darkens to become a variable black depending on the acidity of the surfaces.
This is in our opinion the best ink for calligraphy among the many on the market, both for broad-edge and fine-pointed nibs. Ideal for Spencerian script. Absolutely necessary if you are writing with a quill pen. Historically this is the ink used with quills.
