Smart dinky dip

Smart dinky dip is a Handwritmic product made in Italy: a wooden support with a hole which supports a 2.5 ml screw top vial. The cap is airtight. You can be safe in transportation. Even upside down, the vials do not leak.

It’s a necessary item for every calligrapher since it helps to dip in the nib as much as needed. Useful both for broad edged and pointed pens. 

Helps you fill the nib with just the right amount of ink. Usually the nib sinks into the ink bottle leading to an excess of ink in the writing and staining the penholder at the point of attachment of the nib.

The wood is painted with non-toxic paint and is washable. Don't hesitate to wet it in order to wash off any ink spilled accidentally.
