Attention:
• The customer is responsible for providing all the correct information for domicile identification and a name for the intercom or bell. It is possible to add useful details for delivery in the NOTES field while viewing the shopping cart. If it is a company or a shop, a full name is necessary. The courier also requires the customer's cell phone number.
• The couriers do not give a transit time; the customer must be at home on the day the delivery is scheduled. In case of absence, the courier will attempt delivery a second time, after which the package will be returned to the depot and the customer will have to pick it up.
• In the event of a damaged package, please accept it with reservations or inform the courier to take note that damage has been found (e.g., breakage or crushing). Calligraphystore will replace the goods, but this note is essential for contesting the shipment.
• In Europe, in countries served by DPD, it is possible to request delivery to a locker. This does not change the shipping price. Please request this in the order notes.

Low price and slower shipping with international postal service by Swiss Post – Asendia
We can ship to Switzerland and the UK and many other non-EU countries.
This is a good solution for those who are not in a hurry. Calligraphystore reserves a few more days to process this type of shipment.
Shipping times vary from 7 to 15 days for the EU and Europe, 20 to 25 days for the US, and 30 to 40 days for Asia and the rest of the world.
Customers will receive a tracking code from Swiss Post - Asendia. It may take a few extra days for the package to enter the postal system.
Caution:
Shipping is limited by the weight which must not exceed 2 kilos. You will be asked for an extra fee if the weight is over 2 kilos.
For non-EU customers, please bear in mind that there may be taxes and fees that the courier can request at the point of delivery.

Shipping to Switzerland
We offer a good solution for shipping to Switzerland via the postal operator Swiss Post–Asendia.
The shipping rate on the site refers to small packages weighing up to 2 kg. To give you an idea:
• a pad of A3 size Fabriano Schizzi paper weighs 1.4 kg
• ink in a glass bottle weighs 114 g
.
If the order exceeds 2 kg, a supplement will be asked.
We cannot ship large formats, i.e. not full size 50 x 70 paper.
We can instead send A3 and A4 sheets.
The postman may request the payment of customs duties, which however do not apply to small amounts.
The shipment is tracked.
Your order will not be despatched on the same day, it will require a few more days of processing for organizational and logistic reasons.

We don’t ship to any minor island in any sea or ocean except the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
We have no shipping option for:
