Two line pens

Automatic pens come in many sizes. Very good for beginenrs, easy to use with fountain pen inks, watercolours or gouache.

These pens are sometimes called split or scroll pens and are used to make decorative double-line letters and marks.

Originally, the five-line pen was used by composers and musicians to draw the musical staff upon which the notes are placed. Today the five-line pen is used for decorative writing and designs.
