A4 Lining template by Pascribe

The PAScribe Lining Template (PASLT) is the fastest and most accurate way of ruling up a sheet pf paper. Even though the PASLT was designed to work on an A4 pad, it can easily rule up below A4 and well up to A1 sheets. 

The ‘Anchoring Pin Holes’ allow you to pin the template down to secure so it will not shift whilst you are ruling the horizontal lines.

The revolutionary ‘Tram Pin Holes’, allow you to slide the template up and down an A4 pad ensuring the slant lines are always at the same angle. 

It takes less than a minute to rule up an A4 sheet with maximum accuracy of horizontal lines at 3mm and slant lines at a variety of angles. This is the PASLT at its simplest. 

Once you master that, you can then rule up from 1 – 9 mm, and derivatives of 3 mm. Using the ‘Anchoring Pin Holes’, you can then tile up the template to rule up big sheets of paper. The central holes also allow you to use it as you would a compass for scribing circles and can assist in mandala construction. 

As it is 3mm thick Perspex, it is also great for building grids for patters and decorative borders as the line areas will not flex when ruling up with standard pressure.
